Andrew Garfield is proving to be a successful heir to the Spider-Man throne, as The Amazing Spider-Man captures the No. 1 spot at the box office this weekend. Raking in an amazing $65 million this weekend and $140 million since it's US debut on July 3, Spider-Man brings its worldwide earnings total to $341.2 million -- Not to shabby!!

Ted fell to the No. 2 spot, with $32.6 million, while Brave landed at the No. 3 spot with $20.2 million. Rounding out the top 5 were Savages with $16 million and Magic Mike with $15.6 million.
