Is 65 too old to be showing side boob? Not if you're Susan Sarandon!

The Oscar-winning actress was in the quaint Czech Republic town of Karlovy Vary over the weekend to receive the lifetime achievement award at the annual Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. She made one heck of an entrance in a sheer black dress that showed off some side boob! Age ain't nothing but a number!

When Susan went up to receive her award, she kept it short and sweet by dedicating the honor to famed screenwriter Nora Ephron, who passed away last month. The moving speech earned her a long standing ovation from those in attendance. Way to keep it classy!

In an industry where older women often complain about a lack of roles for them, Susan has experienced no such trouble. She recently starred in the Adam Sandler flick That's My Boy and will appear alongside Tom Hanks in the upcoming movie Cloud Atlas, which will be released in October.
