A Portland, Oregon woman says Justin Bieber's concert really hurt her ears, but she's asking for slightly more than a refund.
Stacey Wilson Betts took her daughter to see Biebs live in Portland two years ago, but says the fans in attendance were so loud that it left her with permanent ear damage. And according to TMZ, she's holding Justin directly responsible for inciting the noise and filed a lawsuit against him, his record label, the concert promoter and the arena for over $9.2 million!

Cranky Stacey claimed the fans screaming during the show were bad enough, but said it got out of control when Justin climbed into a heart-shaped gondola and pointed to various sections of the crowd to rile them up, followed by motioning his arms up to incite more noise. She said the gondola created a "sound blast" that led to her developing tinnitus, which causes a permanent ringing in the ears that makes it difficult to sleep.
Honestly, we think Justin should countersue for this woman being a dumbass. Has she never been to a concert before?! Riling the crowd up is what you're supposed to do! And she wouldn't have developed permanent damage if she wore ear plugs to the show like plenty of performers do when they go on stage. Hey, at least she's not claiming he knocked her up too.
What do you think of the lawsuit against Justin?
