Teen mom Bristol Palin better lawyer up, because she's about to embark on a bitter custody battle!

The reality TV star's ex-beau/baby daddy, Levi Johnston, isn't too happy with the way his child is being raised and this dead-beat dad turned father-of-the year thinks he could do a better job himself. Levi was spotted outside a courthouse in Alaska, where he went to obtain the necessary documents to file for custody, TMZ reports.

After watching Bristol and his son on their new reality show, Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp, Levi feels that his son is NOT getting the proper care. The young boy is basically going up in a home without rules, where he is allowed to do pretty much whatever he wants and was even filmed talking back, cursing and showing no respect for his elders. On one episode Tripp called his aunt Willow the f-word. And Bristol has even said, "I'm doing a terrible job disciplining Tripp."

Tripp "deserves a better family," Levi told TMZ. Adding, "I love my son more than anything... and I will do whatever it takes to make sure he is raised the right way."

Levi plans to strip Bristol of all her parenting rights and is seeking full custody.
