The performances for the closing ceremony of the Olympics games are always a star-studded extravaganza and the London 2012 edition will be no exception!

The biggest names in British music will all be on hand to perform at Sunday's closing ceremony, including One Direction and a reunion performance from the Spice Girls! Other names scheduled to perform include Jessie J, legendary British rock bands Muse and The Who and '80s Brit prop sensation George Michael. According to E! Online, Russell Brand will also be taking part in the ceremony.

There's been tension between the Spice Girls though before they've even taken the stage! Victoria Beckham a.k.a Posh Spice only agreed to join the group if it was guaranteed to be the final Spice Girls performance EVER! And a source revealed that Geri Halliwell a.k.a Ginger Spice said afterwards that, "After the Olympics I can't imagine even talking to her again, let alone being on a stage with her. Mel B. (Scary Spice) was right, she has lost the spirit of the band."

It looks like the fireworks for the closing ceremony will be taking place both on and off the stage!
