Chris Brown and Drake battled it out at a New York Citynightclub and now they are both paying the consequences -- literally. Thenightclub W.i.P., where the brawl went down, is suing both the performers for$16 million for “gross negligence,” “ultrahazardous activity” and “intentionalillegal acts.”
According to the suit, Drake and Chris “shared a grudgeagainst the other arising out of their romantic relationships with the same woman”– that would be Rihanna, folks – and after they “crossed paths” at W.i.P. theystarted a fight that ordered “heavily built men” with them to “fight violentlywith each other.”

After those involved in the fight “fashioned deadly weaponsout of whatever materials they could find,” including “shattering the handlesof bottles of spirits to use as makeshift knives, and even throwing fullbottles at each other,” a “violent brawl on a massive scale” began. Many in thecrowd ran for cover, but received injuries, including Tony Parker who is suingthe club for $20 million after getting glass in his eye.
The club is seeking $16 million because it had originallygotten a $4 million licensing deal, but that went right out the window afterthe fight. Better start paying up fellas!
