Kristen Stewart is handling the fallout from her affair with married director Rupert Sanders like a "heartbroken teenager." The Twilight star has taken refuge at the home of producer Giovanni Agnelli and is so devastated that she "hasn't showered or changed in several days," Radar Online reports.

"Kristen is acting like a heartbroken teenager. She is crying her eyes out non-stop and does not want to communicate with anyone," a source told Radar Online. Adding, "She is beyond mortified and humiliated and she is also broken hearted. She says she truly loved Rob. She says he was her soul mate, but she blew it and now she is scared that she has lost him forever. She is pretty much inconsolable."

Robert Pattinson refused to have any contact with Kristen following her public apology and reportedly asked her to remove her belongings from the LA home they shared. And apparently, it's more than K. Stew can handle.

"Kristen hasn't showered or changed or washed her hair in several days. She is laying around in her T-shirt and shorts and eating ice cream. She really wants to believe that she can win back Rob, but I think deep down she knows that isn't the case," the source stated.

How cliché.... "Eating ice cream," the source sounded convincing up to that comment.... Right? No one will really know what is going on behind-the-scenes of this cheating scandal until either Rob or Kristen speak out or make an appearance together. For now all we have is speculation.
