The star rocked super outrageous blonde hair – or afro – andwore a skin-tight fuchsia Marc Jacobs mermaid gown.

Gaga leaked the cover, which isn’t supposed to hit standsuntil August 14^th, to her millions of Twitter followers. Along withthe photo, she wrote, “SHH DONT TELL TWITTER/ SEPT ISSUE OF VOGUE MAGAZINE/Sorry Anna but the underground kids deserve it. bisous!" Why do I have afeeling that Anna wasn’t too happy about it?

Inside the mag, Lady Gaga explains the story behind her verydark perfume Fame. “The fragrance is called Fame. It must be black,” she said,adding that she had to meet with designers to ensure that it would actuallyspray clear. “It must be enticing. You must want to lick and touch and feel it,but the look of it must terrify you.” Just the way she describes it makes meterrified!
