It's believed that Paris arrived at the popular Mediterranean vacay destination single, but for the past few weeks has been enjoying the company of her new male companion. Sporting a sheer black dress, floppy hat and a pair of flats, Paris and Frederic were all smiles as they walked hand-in-hand through the streets of Saint Tropez.
