The bitter custody battle between Usher and his ex, Tameka Foster, has finally come to a close. The judge presiding over the case has granted Usher primary custody of his two children, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd. The news must have come as a devastating blow to Tameka, who recently lost her 11-year-old son Kile in an inner-tubing accident last month, as she was claimed Usher was an "absentee father," who used drugs in front of the boys, TMZ reports.
Tameka won't be completely out of the picture, although her time with her boys will be limited. She will still have some custodial rights to the children, but the details of her custody has yet to be revealed. The ruling marks the end of a bitter and emotional trial, during which Usher was brought to tears while on the witness stand.
What do you think of the judges decision of granting Usher primary custody?
