Most celebrities don't have to show up in court or even acknowledge most of the ridiculous lawsuits filed against them throughout the year, but not even the National Enquirer could make up the stuff claimed in two recent celeb lawsuits.

Both Justin Bieber and Rihanna are each facing their own insane legal drama that any judge will throw out in two seconds. That said, the accusations are pretty damn funny. A man claiming to be Selena Gomez's dad is suing Biebs for, among other things, stealing his credit card to buy a penis enlargement. No, seriously. According to TMZ, the lawsuit also alleges Justin used the credit card to buy cocaine and used it in drug-free school zones, gave Selena an STD and borrowed $426 for her to have an abortion, which he never paid back.

Sadly, we can't tell if the lawsuit against Rihanna is more or less tame than the one Justin has. A man claiming to be Chris Brown is suing RiRi for $10 million, claiming she gave him herpes and then began hitting herself in the face when "Breezy" threatened to take the issue to court. He also claimed that "this isn't just a regular case of American herpes, this is a case of herpes from Barbados, which is most likely lethal."

Of course, filing a lawsuit without any merit and falsely using someone's name for it is a punishable offense. If the culprit is identified in either case, a judge could potentially sentence them to jail time!
