Justin Timberlake may have referred to his Italian wedding with Jessica Biel as "magical," but we're sure he's not feeling the same way about the backlash they're facing from it now.

It was revealed that a video which was screened at their wedding actually mocks homeless people on the streets of LA. The video was made by Justin's friend, real estate agent Justin Hutchel, and shows homeless people pretending to be acquaintances who couldn't make it. One man missing several teeth said, "Jessica and Justin, I ain't see y'all in a while. The gift is in the mail." while a shirtless and disheveled man told them, "It's me, Herbert." Other homeless individuals in the video are reportedly intoxicated or clearly mentally ill, according to Gawker, who posted a 20 second clip.

Hutchel's attorney Michael Saltz confirmed the video was shown at the wedding, but adamantly denied Justin and Jessica had any knowledge of or participation in it. "Mr. Huchel made the video to be used and exhibited privately at Justin Timberlake's wedding as a private joke without Mr. Timberlake's knowledge," he said in a statement. He also threatened to "immediately file suit" if the video was shown because it infringed on Hutchel's copyright. Clearly, Gawker isn't taking that threat too seriously.

So even though Justin and Jessica are kinda-sorta off the hook on this one, it still has to be an unpleasant situation to deal with, especially since both of them are known for their philanthropy. Hopefully an apology or attempt to smooth over the situation is coming soon from both of them.
