Twitter is the best place to handle any sort of beef you have with anyone. Think about it: you sit behind your computer or cell phone and type the best insult you can come up with in 140 characters. Fun, right?

Celebrities LOVE to hash out any sort of arguments they have with each other via Twitter. Take Lady Gaga for example. She recently went on a rant to Calvin Harris after he said he turned down a collaboration with her because he was too busy. Plus, he just wasn’t a fan of her music. Now those are fighting words! From Lindsay Lohan to Rihanna, let the drama begin! Take a look at some of our favorite celebrity Twitter feuds.

Rihanna: “My bad ci, did I 4get to tip u? #howrudeofme.”

Feud #4: LeAnn Rimes Vs. Brandi Glanville

Plot: Brandi Glanville’s ex husband Eddie Cibrian left her to be with LeAnn Rimes – while they were still married -- which basically left Brandi NOT happy. While LeAnn went and spent quality time with Brandi’s children, she thought Twitter was a good place to send some messages on how to treat her son Mason. Action!

Brandi: "I told Eddie to please tell you that I think it is highly inappropriate for you to sing in my sons class on Friday. Boundries!!”

Brandi: “It’s Mason’s week [to] share his family with the class. It isn’t ur place. Let Eddie read a script. You are not parent. RESPECT!”

LeAnn: “I have asked once and would hope my fans would please respect my wishes. Please do not retweet me anyone else’s drama.

Brandi: “It can be frustrating to have to air my laundry over twitter. But I have no other recourse!”

And then the two met offline and decided to “act” like everything was fine.

LeAnn: “As a collective unit, Brandi and I would like all negativity to cease toward one another. We have communicated and have a direct understanding that we are ONLY ourselves on Twitter and have no other accounts that try to destroy one another. Please for our families’ sake stop the hate now and let us live OUR lives. We don’t need opinions or outside help in order for that to happen. Thanks, LeAnn and Brandi.”

Feud #5: Anderson Cooper Vs. M.I.A.

Plot: The two went head-to-head after M.I.A. claimed Anderson called her a "terrorist" for supporting the Sri Lankan government. Action!

M.I.A.: "Anderson Cooper called me a terrorist for speaking out, and expressed support for the SLgov [Sri Lankan] when this was happening. Someone should make Anderson Cooper watch it/film it and show the world what happens when respected journos get it wrong."

Anderson: "M.I.A., you are mistaken. I never called you a terrorist. I don't even know who you are other than the lady who sang at Super Bowl. By the way, I defended your finger pointing at the Super Bowl, so check your facts. I've no idea what you're tweeting about."

M.I.A.: "YOU CALLED ME A LADY TAMIL TIGER when I talked about Tamil civilians dying, and u printed a retraction. In 2009 you linked to a article that was written about me with false info. There was a rebuttal on your 360 site."

Anderson: "M.I.A. you've gone from saying 'I wrote,' 'I called you,' to saying my CNN show blog had a link to an article. Big difference. M.I.A. we link to many articles with different viewpoints, and we gave you an opportunity to respond."

M.I.A.: "Two months later once every Tamil had been silenced including me, the SLGOV carried out the killing of 40, 000 civilians."

Anderson: "I can understand your frustration if someone wrote untrue things about you, and I'm glad you were able to respond.”
