So... not to brag or anything, but we kind of called this one way back during the Blind Auditions!

Season 3 of The Voice has come to an end and for the second year in a row Team Blake has proven victorious, with former Hey Monday lead singer Cassadee Pope named the winner during Tuesday night's big finale. Blake Shelton's team member Terry McDermott also took the second place spot, with Team CeeLo Green rounding out the top three with Nicholas David.

In the end, Cassadee's victory wasn't all that unpredictable. She placed at the top of the iTunes charts every week, with those votes counted toward the finale, and her popularity on social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook went well beyond that of any other contestant.

However, the pop-rock singer still continuously proved herself all season long, stepping outside her comfort zone of pop songs (a la Kelly Clarkson and Avril Lavigne) with more raw and emotional performances through country music (thanks, Coach). In fact, her breakthrough moment of the entire season was undoubtedly when she sang the emotional ballad Over You, which Blake co-wrote with his wife Miranda Lambert about the loss of his brother.

After a high energy night of big performances (including Rihanna and Bruno Mars), Tuesday's finale got a bit emotional itself when we had to say goodbye to coaches CeeLo and Christina Aguilera, who are taking time off next season and will be replaced by Usher and Shakira. Will the show ever be the same?

What do you think Cassadee will do next?
