Who’s the biggest Michael Jackson fan in the music biz? Turns out, it just might be Lady Gaga.

Mother Monster proved herself to be a shopaholic when it came to picking up MJ memorabilia, splurging on 55 items that cost her more than $2 million.

One jacket alone ― which Michael wore on his legendary Bad tour ― cost Gaga $240,000. That’s one pricey shopping spree! Oh No They Didn't has a glimpse at 15 of the most notable items Gaga picked up for her personal collection. The total for these is $2,190,450, so we can only imagine how much Gaga dropped on the remaining 40 items.

She tweeted: “The 55 pieces I collected today will be archived & expertly cared for in the spirit & love of Michael Jackson, his bravery, & fans worldwide.”

So is Gaga planning to start her own Michael Jackson museum or what? At least we know they won’t just idly be sitting in her closet, trotted out when Gaga feels like playing dress-up. (Which, we imagine, occurs multiple times on a daily basis.)

The auction raised over $5 million, according to Rolling Stone, and proceeds will go to charity.

What do you think Gaga will do with all this MJ stuff?
