It looks like retirement didn't sit well with The Spice Girls!

Less than four months after giving what was supposed to be their final performance at the London Olympics, Geri Halliwell (a.k.a. Ginger Spice) is reportedly lining up the old gang for a new tour and their first album of new music in over 12 years. There's one twist, though: Geri is tired of trying to get Victoria Beckham (a.k.a. Posh Spice) on board without success and plans to move forward without her, according to Now Magazine.

"The Spice Girls as a foursome is not going to get them another record deal or sell out big venues," says a source. "The cherry on the cake would be if they replaced Victoria."

On that front, the girls are considering two possibilities. One option is to hire a professional singer and the girls are said to be considering Heidi Range, part of UK girl group Sugababes, as their main option. The second option is to conduct a major search to replace Posh and (surprise!) team up with a network to turn it into a reality show competition.

At this point, it's unclear whether they would even be able to use the Spice Girls name without Victoria, but her publicist said Mrs. Beckham does not intend to be difficult. (Really? We thought that was her thing.) "Victoria respects all of the girls and will always support them all personally and professionally," she said.

What do you think of the Spice Girls moving on without Posh?
