Lost producer J.J. Abrams might have just had an Oscar winner fall into his lap.
It took four seconds for J.J. to announce he was producing a Lance Armstrong biopic after the disgraced cyclicst admitted to doping, and it didn't take much longer for Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper to offer his services at playing the main man.
"I would be interested [in playing Armstrong]. I think he's fascinating. What a fascinating character," he said to BBC News.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the biopic will reportedly be based on New York Times sportswriter Juliet Macur's upcoming book Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong, to which J.J. and Paramount Pictures secured the movie rights.
