Could we be seeing a more refined Lady Gaga in 2013?

The singer confirmed over Twitter that she will be teaming up with legendary crooner Tony Bennett for a jazz album to be released later this year!

Gaga shared the news via Twitter after she and Tony performed "The Lady is a Tramp," a song they recorded together in 2011, at the final inaugural ball last Tuesday. "And here's me and my handsome date, I simply cannot wait for our album together, he's my darling!" she tweeted.

The two have not hit the studio yet, but already have a "secret" list of songs ready to go for the album. "I tour a lot, but she's probably a lot busier than I am, so it's hard to find time to work on something together," said Tony to MTV News. "We're definitely going to work on this project for the next month."
