Fortunately or unfortunately, Michael J. Fox won't be a target on Taylor Swift's next album.

The legendary actor started a very unlikely celebrity feud when he said that he would never want Taylor to date his son Sam, then bashed her for penning songs about ex-lovers. But it seems that Michael ultimately took the high road and directly reached out to Taylor in the aftermath of the controversy.

"Hey everybody, Michael J. Fox got in touch with me today and we are good. Thank you for having my back," she tweeted yesterday. However, she has yet to comment on the Golden Globes joke that started it all.

Lesson learned: When everything is bad in Taylor's life, she heads to the studio. When everything is peachy, she heads to Twitter.
