The unnamed ex-lover claims that Peter called her 37 times in a single day and threatened to kill both her and her son if she did not give back his dog and car, according to Huffington Post. Last New Year's Eve, he confronted her in a hotel room, started beating the dog and said he would not stop and also kill her unless she got a refund for a recent boob job that he paid for. He then allegedly grabbed her by the neck and shoved her against a door before leaving.

Peter also allegedly threatened her plastic surgeon by calling the office so many times that she moved into a hotel and hired an armed guard to stand outside of her clinic out of safety concerns. Prosecutors also reported that Peter had recently purchased a gun and was spotted practicing at a shooting range. The damning testimony led to San Diego Superior Court Judge David M. Szumowski increasing Peter's bail from $50,000 to $550,000.

Peter has no prior criminal record and pleaded not guilty to two counts of stalking and 10 counts of making criminal threats. If convicted on all charges, he faces up to nine years in prison.
