YouTube Sensation Megan Nicole Dishes On Debut Album & One Direction!

Long gone are the days of struggling musicians knocking on doors of record labels, demo in hand, trying to become the next big superstar. Thanks to a little video website called YouTube, they're now gaining fan bases by posting covers or original songs on the internet.

YouTube sensation Megan Nicole has been doing exactly that and is pretty damn good at it! For example, her cover of Bruno Mars’ "The Lazy Song" has gathered over 30 million hits. Yeah, she’s THAT good.

Chelsea Briggs sat down with Megan on the very windy Hollywire rooftop to chat about her upcoming debut album, music collaborations -- and, of course, put her in the Hollywire Hot Seat!

Currently writing and working hard on her debut album, Megan makes sure to include plenty of her life experiences into the musical process. So it makes sense that she has one major message she hopes her fans -– or Meganizers -– take out of it: live life! “To just live in the moment. Don’t take life for granted and just enjoy life,” she said. “It has its ups and downs, but just enjoy life.” Wise words, Megan!
