Lindsay Lohan may be broke, but she doesn't seem particularly motivated to solve her financial woes.

The actress has turned down a $200,000 offer to host a party in Dubai to promote Mr. Pink's Ginseng Energy Drink... because she believes she's worth a $500,000 appearance fee. Considering that she still owes nearly $134,000 in unpaid taxes to the IRS, this was hardly the smartest move ever.

But even if the executives of Mr. Pink's decide to give in to LiLo's exorbitant fee, it's not a guarantee that the trip will happen. Dubai has strict laws about letting convicted criminals enter the country and LiLo is still on probation for her necklace theft case. She also reportedly has little confidence in her new lawyer, Mark Heller, pulling it together and solving the travel issue, according to Radar Online.

Her financial woes have gotten so bad that she has been alternating between living with her mother Dina and couch-surfing at the NYC apartment of a wealthy friend. "Lindsay is flat-out broke and can't even afford to rent a two-bedroom apartment in North Hollywood," said the source. "She is still trying to get her own place, but has... beyond horrible credit. Right now, she probably couldn't get a library card."
