Chris Brown and Drake's Nightclub Brawl Just Won't Die, Both Sue Each Other

Chris Brown and Drake went after each other last summer at a NYC nightclub and now they're going after each other in court.

A French model named Romain Julien is suing Breezy, Drake and the club over injuries he reportedly sustained during the ruckus.

Breezy and Drake aren't technically suing one another, but they have filed legal documents against each other, according to TMZ. Both sides are claiming they are not responsible for the fight and asking the judge to place blame on the other, which would result in the instigator paying for damages in the event the model wins the suit.

Wait, someone else is pissed off at Chris?! This is becoming like the DMV. Take a number and wait in line...
