Who was the biggest winner in last night's TV ratings? Barack Obama, of course!

About 37.8 million viewers tuned in to the watch the POTUS give his State of the Union address, but those numbers were down from the 42.8 million who tuned in for his speech last year and the 48 million who watched in 2010. However, numerous celebrities including Lena Dunham, Jim Carrey and Bette Midler tuned in to hear Obama speak last night and voiced their opinions throughout on Twitter.
