Kelly Osbourne Makes a 'Fashion Police' Worthy Entrance at 2013 Oscars

When you're the co-host of a show that's solely centered around praising and bashing the fashion choices of celebrities, there's no room for error yourself.

Luckily, Fashion Police star Kelly Osbourne knocked it out of the park with her 2013 Oscars dress. She was one of the first celebrities to arrive on the red carpet this evening and has immediately set a high bar to jump over.

Kelly is wearing a Tony Ward Couture dress and Norman Silverman earrings.

She's also sporting stylish rings from Le Vian (pictured) and De Marco.

But our favorite accessory that Kelly is sporting is her Judith Leiber bag that's simply to die for.

Kelly's hairstyle ages her and looks terrible from the front....and those tattoes on her arms take away from the dress. If anyone else looked like this ( hair and tattoes) Joan Rivers would be laughing at them
