Kristen Stewart walked the long Oscars red carpet with a special piece of flair: crutches!

The actress, who is a presenter at tonight's awards, posed in the press line in a stunning cream crocheted Reem Acra dress. And while she looks pretty bangin', Kristen was seen hobbling from photo call to photo call on crutches.

No word yet as to how she hurt herself, but when MTV's Josh Horowitz asked what happened, she shouted over to him, "I'm an idiot." So we're gonna guess it wasn't some cool stunt injury. Though she did injure her foot a year ago while filming Snow White and the Huntsman, so maybe that injury flared up?

And while her PR team was there to help her down the red carpet -- it's interesting that Robert Pattinson wasn't there to be a shoulder to (literally) lean on.

Gotta hand it to K.Stew -- you gotta be a tough chick to handle walking the Oscars red crapet on crutches.
