You know you’ve made it as a musician when you get turned into wax. One Direction is the latest addition to Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum, makeing their grand debut in London on April 18th before heading out on tour. Yes, their wax figures are very much like the real live 1D.

"This is insane! Like all the biggest stars around the world get these wax works made of them and why are we five normal lads, just like jokers, getting these wax works made of us... it's an amazing honor. It's really cool,” Zayn Malik told MTV News about the honor.

The boys already have experience as wax figures, when they pranked some unsuspecting fans last year. But now it's the real deal!

In case you’re wondering where you can catch the waxy version of 1D, their statues will be in London until July 11th and then make their way to the New York City museum on July 19th to October 11th. Finally, from October 19th to January 28th they’ll be hanging out Down Under in the Sydney museum. Don't worry if you can't make it to one of these locations -- more tour stops and dates will be announced at a later date.

The boys recently chatted about being turned into wax and the idea of millions of Directioners getting up close and personal -– maybe even locking lips -– with their fake selves. “I supposed it’s kind of strange because they’re quite fun to look at but I don’t know about kissing them,” Niall Horan told MTV. “I think it’s cool that our figures are gonna be kissed by different people… hopefully that’s hygienic,” Louis Tomlinson added.
