Justin Bieber's making headlines again, but this time it’s for good!
Lately it seems the only news on the Biebs are hit and runs, random hook-ups, and baby daddy allegations. So we are happy to report some heartwarming Bieber news today. Justin took time out of his chaotic schedule to meet a deserving fan before his show in San Diego.
Marisa Cox, an 8-year-old girl who was born with Down syndrome and just received a life-saving kidney transplant, got to meet the teen dream – and even got a kiss.

Marisa’s mom took the Belieber to a salon on Saturday morning to get dolled up for the meeting (adorable). She told San Diego’s Fox 5 News that Marisa has received “over 35 surgeries” and that Bieber’s film Never Say Never deserves credit for faster healing time stating that when they put the movie in, “she’ll perk up, she’ll feel better and she recovers faster.”
Justin tweeted this picture of the two of them before his San Diego Believe Tour stop, writing, “One of the best parts of the job. Nice meeting you Marisa. Stay strong for me.”
Aww. We like this side of you, Biebs. Keep it up!
