How does Harry Styles of One Direction react to Westboro Baptist Church picketing their concert? By spreading love!

It was announced last month that the controversial organization would be picketing 1D’s Take Me Home concert in Kansas City, Missouri after calling them “sin-chasing, fag-enabling, God-hating, Christ-rejecting” and “perverted.” Yeah, us Directioners were pretty ticked about it.

But after the group stood outside the arena, holding signs that read “God Hates Sluts” and “God H8’s Media,” Harry took to Twitter to address the issue in the best way possible. He wrote, “Despite the company outside, I believe in equal rights for everyone. I think God loves all. Thanks for coming to the show though.”

Strangely enough, Westboro responded to Harry, writing, “Kisses to you Harry for bringing focus to God's word.” But to end all of the hate-filled frenzy outside, Harry tweeted this, “God 8 a sandwich.” Harry - 1, Westboro - 0.
