He’s at it again. Justin Bieber got himself into a bit of trouble while over in Brazil after he graffitied a side of the former Hotel Nacional in Rio de Janeiro. Paparazzi photos of the incident surfaced online, leaving it pretty hard to pull the “It wasn’t me” card.

It turns out that Justin actually got permission from City Hall to put his graffiti skills to work on the side of a building, just not the one he chose. Due to the fan chaos that follows him 24-7, the sports facility that he was supposed to tag just wasn’t convent for him, so he switched locations. But while it may have seemed like it wasn’t a big deal, it actually was. He was only given permission from the city to tag that specific building.

Defacing a building in Brazil carries a fine or up to a year in jail. Knowing Justin, he won’t be seeing the inside of a jail cell anytime soon and will probably just have to throw some cash on it and call it a day.

In other Bieber news, we had heard a couple months ago that his relationship with Lil Twist may have been kind of rocky after Justin’s manager Scooter Braun wanted to give them the boot. And now the rapper is taking to Twitter to send a little message to Scooter in 140+ characters.

“Ima keep it 1,000,000 the media drove me away from ‘social media’ ... Not saying they drove me away from my core fans but the s--t some ppl,” he said. “Are entertained by ... Isn't the real s--t... It's been people I've surrounded myself with that's put false information out to help their… Side stay squeaky clean... And I took that... But with that being said.. F--k u Scooter and everything u stand for.. And all yo fake stories.”

He continued, “It was all planned out... All a set up.. Every story. ... F--k em... But I leave it there .. Now u know.... But what up I'm back... Wouldn't even lie to ya... S--t crazy. But that's why I been hella quiet... Didn't kno what the F--k to say.. Knowing the truth...” Yikes!
