In pretty much every teaser and trailer we’ve seen from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, it’s all been about the action and the thrills that we’ll be seeing when the film hits the big screen on November 22nd. But in a newly released clip, we get a more intimate look at what’s going through Katniss Everdeen’s (Jennifer Lawrence) mind after returning from the first Hunger Games.
Liam Hemsworth appeared on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno to introduce the clip, but not without giving all of us an inside look at what it’s really like to be on set with Jenn.

In the clip, we see Katniss confess her feelings about becoming a leader to her oldest friend Gale and how all she really wants is to keep her family safe. While Gale tries to convince her that she really hasn’t done anything wrong, he says, “You haven’t hurt people, Katniss – you’ve given them an opportunity. They just have to be brave enough to take it.”
