Many people jumped at the chance to kick Justin Bieber while he was down yesterday, after getting arrested for DUI, drag racing and other violations in Miami, Florida. But fellow celebrities are stepping into defend Bieber during this time, including his pal Kevin Hart, Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande.
Kevin spoke to Rocsi while on the set of his show Real Husbands of Hollywood where he had nothing but love and advice for his friend Justin. “I’m very close to Justin. I’ve got a lot of love for him,” he said. “You know, I think right now it’s just a lot of pressure on him. That media attention sometimes isn’t good when you’re going through things and at the end of the day, Justin’s young – he’s a teenager.”

He continued, “From a guy who’s gotten DUI, learn from it. Everything happens for a reason. Granted, getting a DUI definitely changed me and has made me more responsible… I would think six times before I thought to doing it [again]… Bieber [going to jail was [him] seeing the consequences of his actions.”
Another one of Justin’s friends, Ariana Grande, took to Twitter to voice her opinion on the day’s biggest headline, writing, “days like today remind us how much more compassion, understanding and tolerance we need to have for 1 another.. less judgment and critique… we're all human and we all have great amounts of pressure on us. when someone's hurting, be there. we could all use a little more compassion.”
Lady Gaga jumped on her LittleMonsters website to not only send love to Justin, but his Beliebers! “I knew everyone today is talking about Justin’s arrest and all sorts of words and judgments are happening on the Internet,” she wrote. “Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to stand up for themselves. But I think we should be supportive of Beliebers. They deserve, just like any other fan, to feel strong for each other and Justin so they can continue to share the bond they have through music.”
She added, “We may not understand everything celebrities do because there’s only so much we see, but Justin and Beliebers were ‘born this way’ too. Let’s spread love and compassion to Beliebers today. This is what we are all about.”
