More information is coming out surrounding Ke$ha and her relationship with producer and mastermind Dr. Luke. We previously reported that Ke$ha, who checked herself into rehab for an eating disorder, had all of her struggles began after Dr. Luke made some not-so-nice comments about her weight. Calling some a “f—king refridgerator” isn’t exactly good for someone’s self-esteem.

Now, Ke$ha’s mother, Pebe Sebert, is speaking out against the producer, saying his comments led her to using extreme methods for weight loss. “Dr. Luke had been telling her how she had to get in shape and lose weight and all this stuff. She was exercising and dieting and ultimately doing everything she could, but not getting thin fast enough,” she tells People. “And that’s when she first became bulimic.”

Pebe continued, “Dr. Luke told a friend of ours he thought she looked like a refrigerator on her latest video, and could she please try to control her weight. After she went on a 14-day juice cleanse, he said, ‘Thank God you finally got rid of the weight!’” Geez! Harsh!

But as shocking as the story is, Dr. Luke is denying he had anything to do with Ke$ha’s eating disorder. “These statements and allegations concerning Dr. Luke are completely false,” his rep said in a statement. “It is unfortunate that at a time Ke$ha is suffering immensely and trying to heal at a treatment center, her mother is taking this approach with the media. I give Ke$ha my utmost support and well wishes for a quick return to health.”

Regardless of what’s the truth or not, we continue to send Ke$ha positive thoughts and support during this time.
