If anyone knows anything about staying strong during your dark times than it’s definitely Demi Lovato. That’s why it should come as to no surprise that she tweeted out some love to her BFF Selena Gomez, who spent two-weeks in a rehab facility in Arizona back in January.

"Weakness is living in denial," Demi wrote on Wednesday without naming names. "Only the strongest people ask for help." She may not have included Selena’s name in the supportive tweet, but it’s pretty obvious that she’s sending love to her good friend.

Demi has been very vocal in the Twitter world lately, sending a very throughout and eye-opening tweet about drug addiction following the shocking death of actor Philip Seymour Hoffman. “I wish more people would lose the stigma and treat addiction as the deadly and serious DISEASE that it is. Drugs are not something to glamorize in pop music or film to portray as harmless recreational fun,” she wrote. “Addiction IS a disease. Please spread the word so we can take the taboo out of discussing this illness and raising awareness to people of all ages.”
