Let's face it, fashion can be expensive. I don't know how many times I've looked through the pages of Vogue, and absolutely coveted an outfit, only to look down and see that it costs more than a Hyundai. Seasons change, trends change, and I definitely have essential pieces that will always live in my wardrobe, but I also like to play with fashion and incorporate new things. I am constantly on the hunt for new outfits for work, a date night, a night out with the girls, or just a cute little pick me up, but a girl's still gotta eat. For me, fashion is a fun expression of my inner style, and I like to change it up without breaking the bank. So, with that in mind, I've dedicated this week to accessible fashion. I visited some of my favorite (affordable) stores - H&M, Boohoo, and Forever21 - to show you 3 stylish and complete head-to-toe looks you can accomplish for well under $150!

LOOK #1 | H&M

If you're looking for high-fashion on a budget, H&M is a great store to visit because it has so many different styles to choose from at a really reasonable price. You can find pieces for day, night, and everything in between, and with so many separates to choose from, you can pick something out without worrying about having a "twinning" moment with a stranger on the street. I decided to go for an everyday option for this first look. This bronze mesh top has a lovely metallic detail that gives the outfit a more dressed up feel, but by pairing it with distressed skinny jeans, it keeps the outfit casual. Multi chain necklaces add a stylish touch of sparkle, and chunky seventies inspired heels and a simple tan bag complete the look, which can move perfectly from day to night.

LOOK #2 | FOREVER21

Something I genuinely love about Forever21 is that there really is something for everyone, for every occasion. It literally doesn't matter what you're dressing for, you can find something that fits the aesthetic at a fairly cheap price. I wanted to focus on daytime, weekend wear for my second look. This is a look you could start at brunch, and move into happy hour. White is very on trend right now, and this sheer dress is perfect for a spring or summer weekend. With the lace and the sheer, it is a bit frilly so I edged it up a bit with a denim jacket and statement hat. I went with a neutral grey bag, but this would also be a good place for a pop of color. To finish off the look, I went with classic black flats, which is a nice juxtaposition of hard and soft, and classic and egde.

LOOK #3 | BOOHOO

For those how aren't familiar, Boohoo.com is an online retailer that literally has multiple new styles in everyday.  Regardless of your taste, style, or size Boohoo has something for you. It's one of my favorite online destinations, not only because they have an AWESOME petite section, but also because I can always find the perfect piece for the occasion. In addition to petite, they also have tall and plus collections, which makes online shopping much simpler. For my last look, I decided to focus on a night out. I picked out this cute red dress from their petite collection, which works so well on me as I’m a little on the short side, and I also love the scalloped edging which is nice detail flattering to many shapes. To accessorize I went for a black bootie, chain necklace, and this adorable heart bag. This look would be great for a date or girls night out.

There you have it, 3 awesome looks for under $150 each! Which one was your favorite, and what store do you love to shop in? Let me know in the comments, and watch the latest episode of StyleWire below, to see all the looks in action:
