Celebrities falling down—it never gets old! And now we can add Meghan Trainor to the list of artists that have taken a very public tumble! The Grammy-winning artist performed on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night, and well…I’ll just let you watch it go down.
Meghan was on the talk show stage performing her latest hit “Me Too.” She was struttin’ and feeling herself, confidently singing lyrics like “If I was you, I’d wanna be me too,” until the song was coming to a close and…woah, woah, woah, Meghan got wobbly, and down she went! Damn you, high heels!
Now Jimmy Fallon is the best late night host in the biz, so of course the funny, empathetic dude joined her on the ground! “Almost, almost,” he said, laughing. “[You nailed] every single dance move!” Jimmy helped her up, the crowd cheered, and Meghan gave a cute salute to close it out.
Meghan Trainor’s second album Thank You comes out today. I can’t decide if the fall was a publicity stunt, or if Meghan is joining the Jennifer Lawrence club of talented, klutzy gals! What do you guys think—was it real or planned? To be fair, stompin’ around in those heels does look pretty hard.
Do you think Meghan’s fall was real?
