As sad as it is, Michael Johns is the next to leave American Idol. I never would have guessed that he would be leaving so soon. I would have definitely sent Kristy Lee and Syesha home way before him. What is wrong with our American voters? Well at least the Davids are still singing for me.

Quite typical of the kind of folk who vote in American Idol - look how early the wonderful Jenifer Hudson went a few years ago and what has happened to her career since. Or Chris Daughtry more recently - the people who love music and buy music, and the kind who vote on American Idol are not the same people. Taylor Hicks was dreadful, was always dreadful and only a blind, tone deaf fool could have listened to his piss pathetic ghosty James Brown pastiche without cringing. Great that Daughtry has done so well - the best act found on American Idol so far, far and above better than any winner the show has had in its seven year run. As fot this year Kristy Lee and Syesha are dreadful compared to Michael, at least they are if you like music!!!
