Amy Winehouse has been arrested on assault charges. British authorities have not yet confirmed that Winehouse has been arrested but, there are pictures of her entering the London police station. 
Winehouse assaulted two men early Wednesday morning while hanging out at bar in Camden. One man claims that Amy hit him after he got in her way and the other man says that he was head-butted by Amy when he tried to hail her cab. This isn’t her first run in with the law and I doubt it will be her last. She has been arrested for trying to interfere with her husband’s court case and on drug possession charges. Amy Winehouse has had some good fights in the past and from the look of these pictures she is capable of doing some damage. 
If her singing doesn’t work out for her she can always take up a career as a MMA fighter.

She is an embarasement to europe, to the entire world!!!! Amy just should never have appeared in the first place. Wow, i really hope she goes to jail atleast!

I don’t think anyone has the right to say that she is a ‘disgrace’ to Europe, or that she’s ‘f*ing useless’. I would like to ask what those who say such things have contributed to society. She has given society another star to beat on, and she had made Jazz popular again, and if you really want to search, the selling of her product which is a ‘luxury good’ is helping the economy. The girl has an amazing voice and an amazing talent. She also has a horrible debilitating drug problem. If anything it’s just incredibly sad that such talent is slowly wasting away. I’m sure that all of the incredibly negative attention isn’t exactly helping her move away from drugs. If anything I just feel sorry for Ms. Winehouse.

i don’t even know why people feel sorry for addicts… they choose they’re own poison, you don’t turn an addict one fine day.
this is just a messed up girl with good music talent. im not so sure that music will save her though.

Very sad.
More sad though is the eager judgement of people who obviously
believe they can imagine to walk in somebody else’s shoes. To
be celebrated and catapulted to stardom carries the possibility
of very detrimental effects on the human mind.
To condemn any drug-user is very cheap. We live in a world that
promotes the use of drugs 24/7. I remember vividly the headlines
about Liz Taylor and Richard Burton.
The only hope for Amy is to be able to let go of an emotionally abusive husband. She represents to me the best example of a girl
that fell in love with the wrong guy. Her songs give many hints
about her desperate attempts to step out of a painfully success-
ful career forced upon a woman only looking for love.
I wish her the very best and as I have friends in St. Lucia I know her relocation there will be very beneficial.
My door here in Hawai’i will always be open to her.
