Britney Spears’ Custody Agreement is Finalized.

Britney-Spears-SonA Los Angeles County Superior Court finalized Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s custody agreement on Friday, July 25th. According to the court documents Britney will pay Kevin’s legal fees of $250,000, his child support payments will be increased from $15,000 to $20,000 a month and Britney will be granted more time with her kids.

Britney’s lawyer Laura Wasser said,

It was a victory for the whole family that they didn’t have to go to trial. I think they figured out a way to work together, to co-parent and make sure their kids will benefit from the results of that.

Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan stated,Britney-Spears-Sons

The children are well adjusted. I only see them when they’re with Kevin. They are vibrant, happy, well-adjusted kids. Kevin is just delighted to have this ordeal over. He is greatly relieved and very happy this worked out.

Ummmm, ya, of course he is delighted, he was just awarded $250,000 in legal fees and $20,000 a month in child support. I would be delighted too. Now he has 16 1/2 years to figure out how to rap or find a new rich woman to have kids with.
