Britney Spears celebrated her 27th birthday with all of America on Tuesday morning’s Good Morning America. Britney was promoting the release of her new album Circus and she also revealed that she will be going on tour in 2009.

The tour will be starting in Britney’s home state of Louisiana on March 3,2009.  She has four stops scheduled for California including, Sacramento on 4/11/09, San Jose on 4/12/09, Los Angeles on 4/16/09, and Anaheim on 4/19/09.
