Sunday evening the top country stars in the nation headed to Las Vegas, Nevada for the 47th annual Academy of Country Music Awards. Guest at the awards show were treated to performances by Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert and Rascal Flatts, but it was Toby Keith who made the crowd go wild as he performed his surprise hit Red Solo Cup.

Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert and Lady Antebellum were just a few of the country music stars who won big at the 47th annual Academy of Country Music Awards.

Taylor took home the award for Entertainer of the Year, Miranda won Female Vocalist of the Year and Lady Antebellum was named Vocal Group of the Year.

Taylor Swift had a big night on Wednesday, when she attended the 2011 Country Music Awards.  Swift not only performed flawlessly as usual, but picked up the show's biggest honor of the night - Entertainer of the Year!

The country cutie changed out of her fancy dress into jeans and a plain long-sleeve shirt, plus no shoes, to give a rare performance of the song Ours, a bonus track from her latest album Speak Now.  Click inside to check out the video!

Miranda Cosgrove was injured after her tour bus was involved in an accident early Thursday morning just outside of Vandalia, Illinois.  The 18-year-old iCarly starlet, who was traveling for her Dancing Crazy tour, broke her ankle in the crash. 

"There were five passengers on the bus, and Miranda suffered a broken ankle," a rep told People. "At the time, we are told everyone will be fine."

Country sweetheart Taylor Swift, sporting her signature sparkly fairytale-esque gown, hit the stage during Thursday night's Country Music Awards to sing her song Back To December. 

The tune, off her recently released Speak Now album, is rumored to be about ex-beau Taylor Lautner.
