Amy Winehouse may be arrested on assault charges once again for allegedly punching a women in the face.

After her concert at the End of Summer Ball, Sherene Flash approached Winehouse and asked if she could take a picture with her.  At first everything was fine, but when Sherene asked if her friend could be in the picture Winehouse lost it and allegedly punched her in the face and then ran away, crying, “Life can’t go on.  I can’t do this anymore.”

Another witness stated, “She was getting distressed.  There was a lot of grabbing and flashbulbs were going off.  She was startled.”

I can’t believe that Amy Winehouse can still book a gig.  She is a total trainwreck and it shocks me that people still go and watch her perform.  I think it is time that someone step in and take control like Jamie Spears did with Britney.  What do you think?

A friend of Amy Winehouse claims that two massive overdoses caused seizures that have left the ‘Rehab’ singer brain damaged.  The friend described how 24-year-old Winehouse’s convulsions were so bad that they were “like a scene from The Exorcist,” and as her body became frail from the drugs, doctors were scared her bones would break during a convulsive fit.

The first overdose had taken place in August of last year, and it had been brought about by the singer’s use of cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, ketamine and crystal meth.

Amy was advised to see a psychiatrist after displaying “multiple personality traits” that could drive her to commit suicide.

Her second overdose in July was caused when she inhaled an “inhuman amount of hash,” which left her vomiting uncontrollably and hallucinating. This was the incident in which her dad Mitch, 54, said that it was a “bad reaction to her medication.”  I could tell it was a fishy story from the get go, but I am not one to be fooled very easily!

“The future is bleak, bleak, bleak,” the Sun quoted a friend of Winehouse. Mitch does everything he can to protect his daughter - but his ‘explanation’ for Amy’s hospital dash in July was just simply untrue. She had smoked an inhuman amount of hash which resulted in acute cannabis poisoning. You have to take a s***load of pot to suffer that severe a reaction. It’s thought she had been smoking it for 36 hours. Amy’s fits were as bad as the convulsions she had during her overdose in August last year. No one has mentioned her meth use before, but that stuff is truly nasty.”

The girl is nuts and has a death wish… a lethal combo.  Something needs to happen that will snap her out of it.  Obviously, she needs help, but if she has had two overdoses and is still not seeking intervention, then I don’t know what else would get that fire lit under her butt!  What do you think will be the bottom line?  Or, will we all just watch her slowly decline into oblivion??

Amy Winehouse is looking good these days–at least digitally. With a little help from Photoshop, the soul singer has been renewed and revamped. Check out the video below to see her mottled skin go from devilishly pocked to an angelic glow:

They may still be trying to get the star to go to rehab, but with technology, they can at least make her skin look like it’s been. While in the above video, Amy kept her signature massive winged eye liner, the video below shows her getting a more traditional looking result:

Fantastic! If only the real Amy looked this good! Even if she could return to how she looked like a couple of years ago, it would be a major improvement.

Amy Winehouse was hospitalized Monday night for a reaction to medication, but was expected to be released by morning, Tuesday morning London time.

An ambulance took Winehouse from her north London home to University College Hospital, spokesman Chris Goodman said.

In a statement released by the spokesman and Tracey Miller, Amy’s U.S.-based publicist, said that “Doctors have advised that she will be kept under observation overnight and is likely to be released tomorrow.” That would be Tuesday morning London time.

It was the second time in two months that Winehouse has been in the hospital. She was admitted to a London clinic in June after collapsing at home, and father Mitch Winehouse said at the time she had developed early stage emphysema from smoking cigarettes and crack cocaine. Winehouse underwent a series of tests but was discharged in time to perform at the Glastonbury music festival and celebrations for former South African president Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday.

Poor Amy has so much potential and was poised to become an international star after she released the Grammy-winning album “Back to Black” in 2006, but her music has been overshadowed by reports of drug use and run-ins with the law.

Here you can see how the drugs have taken their toll. She use to have a cute, healthy figure, and now she is so thin and frail. Her skin is not what it use to be and the toxins have made her hair dry and brittle.

Earlier this year she was investigated by police after a tabloid newspaper published a video that appeared to show her smoking crack cocaine. She ended up not being charged with anything but it was pretty obvious what she was doing.

In April 2008 she was questioned by police for assault after she slapped a man on a drunken night out.

Earlier this month, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months in jail for assault and obstructing justice. Douche Bag admitted beating up pub manager James King in a barroom fight in 2006 and then offering him $400,000 to keep quiet about it.

Winehouse has repeatedly regaled concert audiences with appeals for the release of “my Blake.”

Amy Winehouse punched a fan during her concert Saturday night, June 28th, at the Glastonbury Festival.

According to the festival boss the crazed fan had grabbed Amy’s breast prior to her attack.  In addition to attacking a fan, Amy spit her gum into the audience and called Kayne West a c**t at last night’s performance.  Check out the clip of Amy’s attack below.

With all of her anger and drug issues I am surprised that she is still able to land a gig.   I just can’t believe that anyone would still want to see her perform.

According to father Mitch Winehouse, Amy Winehouse has been diagnosed with early stage emphysema, allegedly due to frequent cigarette and crack cocaine use. Amy collapsed last Monday evening after signing autographs for fans and, after a week of tests in a London hospital, was diagnosed with the disease.

In an interview with The Sunday Mirror, Mitch stated his ever-public concerns for his daughter’s well-being, reporting that if she keeps using, she will eventually have to wear an oxygen mask, due to her 70% lung capacity and irregular heartbeat.

Amy is still scheduled to take part in her upcoming performances, including the 90th birthday celebration of Nelson Mandela and the Glastonbury Festival. These performances have been medically approved by her doctor and Mitch, who comments that performing is the best thing for Amy at this juncture.

24 year old Amy Winehouse has been in the public eye for the past year or so, due to a recently released drug tape, the imprisonment of her husband, a stint in rehab, and increasingly erratic behavior due to alcohol and drug use.

Amy Winehouse has just been hospitalized after passing out in her house in London. Her father, Mitch Winehouse, drove her to the London Clinic in Marylebone today.

The “Rehab” singer’s manager’s assistant said she was taken to the hospital “as a precaution.”

Hmm… Let’s define precaution:

pre·cau·tion (noun): a measure taken beforehand to prevent harm or secure good; safeguard

So, the ‘precaution’ part would happen before the drugging, boozing and passing out part, right? Well, I guess at 24-years-old, she’s capable of a lot more damage. I just hope it’s not more to her face. Daaaamn, girl!

Recently, the British tabloid News of the World posted a viral video of Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil hanging out in what was termed a “crack den” and singing lyrics to an outrageous and racially offensive song they made up to the musical tune of “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes.”

It goes a little something like this. Ahem…

“Blacks, Pakis, Gooks and Nips, Gooks and Nips.”

The video, which was allegedly shot during her honeymoon in May 2007, depicts the couple making offensive remarks against people of different races, sexual orientations and, if that wasn’t low enough, the disabled.

Well, better be careful Amy. If you dislike the physically and/or mentally disabled, you better forget about breeding all together.

After the video leak, Winehouse attempted to defend herself in front of paparazzi, stating, “I don’t want to play anything down, but I’m the least racist person going.”

I don’t think that statement could “play down the damage that’s already been done to her career, even before the racist video leak.

Ironically, Winehouse just signed on to perform for Nelson Mandela at his 90th birthday celebration.

As if meeting Amy Crackhouse wouldn’t be awkward enough, having her as a main performer at the birthday of the former President of South Africa and leader of the African National Congress just doesn’t seem right. Right?

It’s no secret that Hollywood celebrities love their drugs. No one knows Hollywood drug addiction better then Dr. Drew Pinsky.

Dr. Drew is back in another VH1 special premiering on Thursday, June 5th at 9PM to discuss drug addiction epidemic in Hollywood.

“He investigates some of Hollywood’s most disturbing drug stories, reveals some common celebrity personality traits that can trigger addiction behaviors, and he offers commentary on some of the most troubled celebs.”

Dr. Drew took us into the emotionally raw and painful process of drug rehabilitation in his series “Celebrity Rehab.” Although it was a hard to watch the stars on the show struggle with their addiction (ex. mostly comatose Jeff Conway), it was fascinating to watch the process and to really learn what it takes to take a stand and resolve to get off drugs.

Among the stars being discussed in the VH1 special will be Amy Winehouse (a.k.a. the new trainwreck version of Britney Spears) and Lindsay Lohan. By the way… LiLo is reportedly back on the sauce. Stay tuned. Also, the special will feature extended interviews with Mary Carey and Seth “Shifty” Binzer from the first season of “Celebrity Rehab.”

And as much as we like to watch the stars do crazy things and gossip about how “out of control” they’ve become, we still root for them when they do decide to get help. Thanks to Dr. Drew we have some insight into the challenges of staying off drugs.

Amy Winehouse is coming to the States!

Ticketmaster posted information today on tickets that will go on sale May 4^th for a show at the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley.   I wonder what other venues will be popping up under Amy’s name?  Do I see a summer tour in the works?

Recent developments are surprising, since Winehouse (nicknamed “Wino” by many) was recently denied a Visa to enter the States to perform at the 2008 Grammys.  Her torrid drug history and recent criminal activity makes me wonder – should I buy tickets, or play it safe and see what stunt she pulls next?  One thing is for sure, those tickets will go fast – Amy’s bluesy, eclectic tunes are amazing, despite the self-destructivity of her personal life.
