Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are turning 22 on Friday and PETA wants your help in giving them the perfect birthday gift, YOUR HAIR!

On PETA’s website which is devoted to hating on the Olsen twins, it says:

“Mary-Kate and Ashley are old enough now to know that fur doesn’t grow on trees. We hope that on their birthday, they will take a moment to think about the many animals who won’t live to see another birthday thanks to the twins’ abominable taste in clothes.”

“The twins are still sporting as much fur as ever. Since they seem to be in such dire need of extra hair on their bodies, let’s give them some of ours—and send a strong message while we’re at it….Save that hair in a bag and mail it to the twins with a note that says, “Please, use my hair instead of the animals’. Happy Birthday.”

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly jealous of other girls trying to compete for the attention of her alleged girlfriend Samantha Ronson. The lesbian lovers were partying at the Beatrice Inn in New York City on Friday night when Ashley Olsen started talking to Ronson.

Olsen and Ronson’s little chat apparently pissed Lindsay off. She then interrupted their conversation and screamed at Ashley, “Get your 15-year-old ‘Full House’ ass away from my girlfriend!” Pulling out the ‘Full House’ card, eh, Lindsay? Ouch… like she hasn’t heard that a thousand times already.

Saturday, Lohan and Ronson were at Hawaiian Tropic Zone and Lohan was seen to be visibly upset that Ronson “was ignoring her.” According to a source “Samantha was really focused on her work and didn’t leave the booth for anything.” Not even her psycho lesbian lover? What a shame, poor Linsday can’t get any love.

Yeah… Really don’t understand the whole mask thing. Kinda creepy. It’s totally vibing a mix of Vanilla Sky and the JabbawockeeZ.Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were two of the people caught wearing these ridiculous masks to conceal their identity and presence at the their stylist friend’s, Estee Stanley’s, wedding at the Oviatt Hotel in Downtown LA, on Saturday.This is the same wedding that we saw Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel and other celebs, wearing black at. Which I don’t quite understand either. Who has all their guests wear black to their wedding. Isn’t it more like a funeral then?

The 21 year old twin actresses and millionaires have now decided to write a coffee table book about fashion called “Influence.” The book is to be published in Fall 2008 under Penguin’s Young Readers Group, Razorbill.

The book will feature exclusive photos of the twins taken by renown photographer Rankin, have interviews, and more.

“Influence” will feature shoe extraordinaire Christian Louboutin, actress Lauren Hutton, magazine journalist Bob Colacello and more of “the most interesting, challenging, creative people we know,” Ashley Olsen said, sharing what influences and inspires Mary-Kate and her to pursue their fashion passion.

I think that it is about time that the girls write a coffee table book. I mean most of the time they are photographed it is with a Starbucks coffee in their hands. The twins are such coffee junkies that the only thing that Mary-Kate and Ashley request at a photoshoot besides food is that the location have a Starbucks near by.

Hottie actor turned rockstar Jared Leto was spotted holding hands with scary deformed elf twin Ashley Olsen on January 12 at the “Art of Asylum” event in L.A. (Can you tell I’m totally hating on Ashley Olsen?) however, their official statement is “we’re just friends.” Yeah freaking right!? Leto is 37 and Olsen is 21. Jared is looking mighty fine for 37. Stickfigure Ashley has a habit of going after older men (Lance Armstrong was her last “boyfriend.”) Ok guys, I know she’s a gazillionaire from hocking her wares to unsuspecting tweens at Walmart, but she’s got one facial expression and looks like she’s 12. NOT to mention she was in her diapers on Full House and you were old enough to remember her as Michelle Tanner on that show. Next thing you know she’ll be dating Bob Saget aka Danny Tanner! Enough said. Olsen/Leto cut it out. Gross.

The Olsen Twins are the new targets of PETA. On PETA’s website, they are given new names, meet Hairy-Kate and Trashley the “Trollsen Twins.”  PETA is targeting these twins because apparently the girls live in fur. Which from this picture alone you can’t tell.

PETA has been using celebrities in their campaigns, such as Eva Mendes, who support their actions. Apparently they also find the need to use those who don’t support them, to get their word out too.

The list, which was dominated by sports and showbiz star, was compiled by grossing salaries, winnings, endorsement deals and royalties between June 2006 and May 2007. No deductions were made for taxes or management fees.

Topping the list is 22-year-old professional basketball player LeBron James with earnings of $27 million.

Those that make the top five are football player Reggie Bush, 22, with $24 million, tennis star Maria Sharapova, 20, with $23 million, golf prodigy Michelle Wie, 18, with $19 million and fashion icons Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, both 21, having earned $17 million.

Film star Hilary Duff, 20, was ranked #7 with $12 million, Avril Lavigne, 23, made the list with earnings of $12 million at #8, Keira Knightley, 22, was ranked #10 with $9 million, Carrie Underwood, 24, with $7 million at #11, Scarlett Johansson,23, was ranked #12 with $5 million, Mischa Barton, 21, was ranked #13 with $4.5 million.

The youngest star on the list, Dakota Fanning, 14, was ranked #14 earning $4 million, the rest of the Harry Potter crew, Emma Watcon, 17, and Rupert Grint, 19, ranked #15 and #16 both earning $4 million each, including $3 million from major films while Hannah Montana star Mile Cyrus, 15, was ranked #17 having made $3.5 million largely from the sale of her album, Lindsey Lohan, 21, was ranked #18 with #3.5 million, and Mandy Moore, 23, was ranked #29 with $3.5 million.

The rumor is that 21 year old Ashley Olsen has been dating    Sweet Home Alabama star Josh Lucas. Olsen, who was once linked to another older man, 36 year old Lance Armstrong, was seen “all over” Lucas on Wednesday at New York  Museum’s opening. 

Armstrong was appearently also at the museum opening and it is suspected that Ashley’s public display of affection was tended to make Lance jealous.

A source said: “They were meant to be watching one of the acts but they were cuddling up instead. She was all over him.”
