To celebrate the launch of the new Build-A-Bear Wii game, The Game Factory is auctioning off celebrity Build-A-Bear Workshop creations to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California - an organization that has been providing comfort and care to children in need of medical care, and their families, for more than 30 years.
This bear, designed by singer/dancer Austin Anderson (as featured on Radio Disney, Ellen and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno), comes with an autographed copy of the new Build-A-Bear Wii game, available now for $39.99 at major retailers like Target and Amazon.com.
The online auction will take place November 23 through December 3 – just in time for holiday shopping. So help kids in need this holiday season by bidding on this one-of-a-kind celebrity creation. Happy Holidays!
Ok, so the wig was really itchy and it looked funny, but it was totally worth it. Jay is so nice to everyone. I can see why a lot of the crew has been on the same job for 17 years. What a cool place to work. It’s like they have their own little city on the NBC lot.
Hair and make-up... wow...an Amish wig.
I was there to film a skit with Jay where I had to sing, dance and act. It was really cool to record vocals there and be on the green screen. The recording booth was like a big sound proof safe. They actually locked me in there!

It was even cooler to see it on TV when it was finished. The skit is a spoof of “High School Musical” called “Home School Musical.” Kinda scrandom since I actually am home schooled. Someday I am sure I will look back at this and laugh but for now I gotta make some doughzy right?
Peace AA.

Last Thursday, I went to Tag the World’s Celebrity Slam charity basketball game at Cal State Long Beach. I hope ya like my pictures from the game. I volunteer for a lot of charities, but this one is really cool… they help a bunch of causes, like the environment, cancer, kids and animals. Go check it out at www.tagtheworld.com.
I have never been to a game before, so when I got to sit court side with my big brother it was really exciting! I would have to say my favorite player was actor/comedian Nick Schwarzen. He is so funny! My friends Keeana and Savannah, the G-Girlz, were there too, so it was really chill. We got these awesome t-shirts and dog tags from Tag The World, and I think I drank WAY too many energy drink because I had a hard time falling asleep last night. Anyhow, it was another fun night!
Talk to you soon!

Last night was the premiere of Walt Disney’s Morning Light documentary at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, CA. Our friend Austin Anderson sent us some photos to show us what a great time he had… especially with Mickey and Minnie.
Morning Light is a true-life documentary about fifteen young sailors going through six months of intense training. It tells the inspiring story of a group of intrepid and determined young men and women, on the cusp of adulthood, as they embark on the first great adventure of their lives–a dramatic 2500-mile open-ocean sailing showdown against top professionals.
The film stars Chris Branning, Graham Brant-Zawadzki, Chris Clark, Charlie Enright and Jesse Fielding.
The movie is rated PG and opens in a limited number of theaters on October 17th.
Austin Anderson performed at the 7th annual Kickin’ Cancer 5K Walk/Run in Brentwood, California on Sunday, September 21st.
For those of you who have not heard of Austin Anderson yet, he is an up and coming multi-talented artist from San Diego, California. His songs Around the World and Your song can be heard on Radio Disney. He is currently performing on the School Zone Tour and has been spotted showing his support at several charity events in California.
Austin sang, danced, and signed autographs at Sunday’s family-friendly event that raised $260,202 that will benefit the Lynne Cohen Foundation for Ovarian Cancer Research. Check out the photos from the event below.
For more information on Kickin’ Cancer click here and for more information on the next teen heart throb, Austin Anderson, visit his official website at austinanderson.net.
He can sing, he can dance, and he can play the drums… he has the looks and the talent… Austin Anderson has it all.
Who is Austin Anderson, you ask? Austin is a 14 year-old aspiring actor and performer. He has already released two hit singles, “Your Song” and “Around the World,” on Radio Disney and he has performed in several movies and TV shows, including Disney’s Hannah Montana.
Austin co-wrote “Your Song” and said,
After I performed at the Rady Children’s Hospital of San Diego and saw how much the kids loved music I decided I wanted to write a song about them that would benefit them, too. A lot of these kids spend the holidays in a hospital and I like to go perform for them and see them smile again.
In addition to his continued volunteer time at the Rady Children’s Hospital of San Diego, Austin attends other charity events. I had the pleasure of meeting Austin at the Rhinestone Productions charity Fashion Show that supported the Make-a-Wish Foundation on Friday, September 12th and I can tell that Austin wasn’t at the event to recieve a pat on the back or some PR. He is truly a caring teen who wants to be involved in charity and help others. Check out the clip of Austin singing and of him dancing on Ellen DeGeneres below or if you want to learn more about Austin Anderson go to austinanderson.net.
