Beyonce is debuting two new singles ‘If I Were A Boy’ and ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’.

Beyonce’s ‘If I Were A Boy’ single is totally none originally. She bit off Ciara’s awesome song ‘Like A Boy’ which I personally love and think is 10x better. In her version she says she’d drink beer, chase girls and turn off her phone so that everyone would think its broken.

Out of her new singles, I definitely like ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’ much better. Listen here and tell me what you think.

Is Beyonce Knowles the newest member of the guest appearance bandwagon?

Allegedly, Beyonce is trying to land a role on ABC’s Desperate Housewives. Her father/manager, Matthew Knowles, has already arranged for a guest appearance on the show, however according to reports, Matthew is trying to secure a permanent role for Beyonce. A source close to the Knowles family told MediaTakeOut.com,

They’ve already agreed to give Beyonce a cameo appearance. But [we're] hoping that [she] could be written in for a recurring role, or possibly even a permanent one.

There have also been rumors that Nicollette Sheridan, “Edie Britt”, may be leaving Desperate Housewives. So could Beyonce be her replacement? Beyonce will definitely spice up Wisteria Lane and she is probably the only celebrity hot enough to fill “Edie Britt’s” shoes.

Does anyone else think that this ad looks wrong? At first glance it’s kinda cute and than it just turns disturbing. Who would dress their 6 year-old little girl in these outfits, high-heels and all? What happened to little girls wanting to wear princess dresses?

Beyonce and her mom thought that it was a good idea to make little girls look like they were 18. They totally kicked the image of purity and youth out the door when they came up with these little girls outfits for their clothing line Dereon.

PopGumbo had this to say about this Dereon Girls ad, “What is the next ad going to look like? Babies wearing gold metallic bikinis while five-year old boys throw Monopoly money on them.”

Various sources have confirmed that the newlyweds, Beyonce and Jay-Z are indeed expecting a baby. Which explains to us the reason for their surprise wedding.

A source close to the couple revealed, “Beyonce is 100% pregnant, which is why the couple rushed their wedding.” The source also told Hollyscoop that all those who attended the wedding knew of the pregnancy already.

The power house singer is in the early stages of her pregnancy, so don’t expect her to come out about the news any time soon, especially since the couple is very private about their personal lives.

Beyonce’s cousin, Angelica Knowles, has said that the album Beyonce is working on now will be her last. She is planning on retiring from singing and focus on scouting talent for the The Carter Group, which is Jay-Z’s upcoming label.

She has already found one up and coming star named Chelsea Thomas for the new label.  The girl is an R&B singer and she’s Beyonce’s new protege.

Do you think Beyonce is ready to retire? I don’t, nor do I think she will. Jay-Z announced some time ago that he was retiring and has he yet, nope. I think it is just a sells tactic so more people go out to buy her “last album.” Yeah, I don’t buy it for one minute. The woman is in her early 20’s. She has her whole life ahead of her. Someone with so much talent can’t just sit on their ass, they are born to perform and will continue doing it until there is nothing left.

Why am I getting this feeling that Jay-Z has a huge part in this decision?

The reports of  last nights wedding for Jay-Z and Beyonce appear to be true. The wedding rumors started early Friday morning as party rentals, flowers, and AV equipment began arriving at Jay-Z’s New York penthouse. People magazine is reporting, but not confirming, that the couple did indeed wed last night. A friend of the couple told People that, “It happened earlier this evening. Jay wanted it to be a private affair- close friends and family.”  Some of the guest that were seen arriving at the Tribeca apartment building were Beyonce’s mom and dad Tina and Matthew Knowles, Beyonce’s little sister Solange, former band mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and close friend Gwyneth Paltrow.The couple has yet to confirm that the nuptials actually took place. 

People magazine is reporting of a possible wedding for Jay-Z and Beyonce today. Jay-Z’s New York penthouse has been very busy this morning getting ready for what appears to be a wedding. A white tent has been placed on the building’s rooftop. Followed by several deliveries including flowers, party supply rentals, and AV equipment. In addition to the decorations several of the couples potential guest have been sighted in New York. People magazine also reports that, ” friends of the couple say they are very eager for the nuptials to happen.” People even quotes producer Dallas Austin saying, ” It’s about time. I think it’s great that they’re getting married.”

We have all been wondering when Beyonce and Jay-Z, who have been dating since 2002, will finally tie the knot. According to People magazine, the couple reportedly obtained a marriage license, which is valid for two months, in Scarsdale Village, NY, yesterday.Keeping hush on wedding details, the couple have only told friends they would like to marry in May after Jay-Z’s tour ends.

“Jay is trying to pull it together quickly and on the fly to keep it private, They really wanted it to be private.”

When contacted by Access Hollywood and People, Beyonce’s rep had no comment and Jay-Z’s spokesperson could not be reached.I don’t know if this rumor is true. I think it is the third time I’ve heard it and it was April Fool’s Day yesterday. I guess we will have to just wait and see what happens.
