The country music world was taken by surprise when news broke that Shania Twain and Mutt Lange were getting divorced after 15 years of marriage.  The reason behind the divorce, Mutt having an affair with their estate manager and family friend Marie-Anne Thiebaud,  was even more shocking and now things have come back full circle.  According to babble.com, Shania is reportedly dating Mutt’s mistresses’ husband, Fred Theibaud.  The two were spotted at an airport in Florida having lunch and “The whole story was just a story as we are just friends in the same way Shania and Fred [Theibaud] are.”

I guess Shania and Fred could just be friends, but I doubt it.  What better way to repay the cheating spouses than to hook up yourselves.  What do you think?

The brutally honest NeNe Leakes and her husband George were evicted from their upscale home in Atlanta, Georgia.  Apparently, the couple, who were featured on the hit TV series, Real Housewives of Atlanta, did not actually own their home and owed their landlord $6,240 for past due rent.  According to the notice, “The tenant said they would move by September 14th because they could no longer afford the house.”  I bet fellow Real Housewife Kim is having fun with this news.  For more on NeNe’s eviction and to read what she had to say checkout forwomenonline.com.

Hey, Kristin, I’m sure that’s medical marijuana right?  Just to take the edge off your sudden stardom?

We’ve heard through the grapevine that Kristin doesn’t particularly care for the fame that’s suddenly come her way; really preferring to do Indie films mostly.  She’s been a good sport then by making all those appearances and pumping the movie marketing machine.  So, maybe she has anxiety now and just maybe she had to make her way over to Venice Beach to get a prescription, right?  I’m sure it’s all legal.

Regardless of the legalities, let’s talk about her choices here–maybe she hasn’t fully realized how famous she is now or perhaps she’s in denial of her fame?  If she recognized her level of stardom, she’d surely not be sitting out on a porch, wearing sweatpants & a tank, barefooted nonetheless, toking up, ya know?  Kinda looks like she’s having a hangover day…a bet they ordered pizza right after this.  Oh, those days of lounging with the munchies…

In late October, a few sources close to the couple revealed some pretty significant marital problems between the two, which had to do with Cindy McCain’s roaming eye (not that John is the perfect innocent husband himself).

Reportedly, the FBI raided the home of 19 year old Josh Holly Monday morning, October 20th.

Josh Holly, a computer nerd from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is  the man that the FBI believe is responsible for hacking Miley’s Gmail account and putting her scandalous photos all over the Internet.

Holly has been bragging about breaking into Miley’s account and stealing her photos for several months.  He gave interviews and proclaimed that the authorities would never find him.  Holly even contacted Threat Level to have an article written about him.

Holly talked to the agents for more than an hour because, “I was just kind of scared and shocked at the time.  I was just kind of shaking.  I was thrown way off guard.  I’ve never had anything like this happen before to a point that I just didn’t know what to do.  I was afraid to kick them out of my house,” Holly said.  The FBI had information about Holly’s past that only a few people knew about, leaving Holly to believe that somebody ratted him out.

Holly also claimed that he tried to sell the photos to TMZ and other gossips sites, however they were not interested because of how he obtained the photos.

Several computers and a phone were seized during the raid.  Holly was not arrested and has not been charged with any crimes.

Two men in Minnesota don’t seem to think so.  Chris Baker and Langdon Perry made the accusation that Magic Johnson may have faked AIDS on their KTLK FM radio show.  The conversation went something like this:

Perry: Magic faked AIDS.

Baker: You think Magic faked AIDS for sympathy?

Perry: I’m convinced that Magic faked AIDS.

Baker: Yeah, me too.

Perry: I’m not sure why, but I’m pretty sure he faked AIDS.  Because he’s the only cured AIDS guy ever.

Magic issued a response statement to the Los Angeles Times that said,

I am extremely disappointed in KTLK in Minneapolis.  I am outraged that Chris Baker and Langdon Perry would minimize such a serious and deadly issue.  Millions are dying from HIV/AIDS and the fact that they would make jokes about my status is unbelievable.  Chris, Langdon and KTLK should use their power in a more positive light by encouraging people to get tested for this disease instead of making up such ridiculous lies.

I understand where Magic is coming from.  HIV/AIDS is a serious issue and should not be joked about, but you have to admit that you have questioned why Magic has done so well fighting this illness while so many others continue to die from the disease.  If Magic was used as the example of an average HIV/AIDS patient, you would believe that they found the cure.

In an interview with The Monsters in Orlando radio show on Monday, October 6th, Seth Petruzelli hinted that EliteXC promoters may have tried to rig the fight between him and Kimbo Slice.  Petruzelli said,

Ther promoter kind of hinted to me, and they gave me the money to stand and trade with him.  They didn’t want me to take him down, let’s just put it that way.  It was worth my while to try to stand up and punch with him.

The decision to stand up and punch it out with Kimbo definitely made the fight favorable for Kimbo, who is famous for his backyard street brawls.  A factor that Petruzelli took into consideration himself before the fight saying that his original plan was to get Kimbo to the ground and exploit his weak wrestling skills and submission defense, since Kimbo out weighed him by 30 pounds and it didn’t make sense to try and punch it out.  However, in the end Petruzelli decided to punch it out and it only took 12 punches and 14 seconds to TKO Kimbo.

If these allegations are true and EliteXC did give Petruzelli money to fight in a way making the fight favorable for Kimbo it can be a devastating blow to the MMA world.  They are already trying to prove that they are not scripted or fake like professional wrestling.

EliteXC has denied these accusations and Seth Petruzelli claims that he got the story confused.  Seth said,

What that meant was they offer a knockout bonus, submission bonuses, fight of the night bonuses.  I think it just got misconstrued.  I wanted to have an exciting fight and I wanted the knock out bonus so I wanted to keep it standing.

As a MMA fan myself, I prefer to see the ground fighting and submissions more than the standing exchange of punches.  It show their knowledge of mixed martial arts.  If I wanted to watch two guys exchange punches, I would watch boxing.  What do you think?  Did they try to rig this fight?  Have all of Kimbo’s fights been rigged?

Miley Cyrus and Disney have reportedly dissed the gay community by throwing Miley’s sweet 16 party on the same weekend that is usually reserved for Gay Days.  Gay Days is an event that brings thousands of gays and lesbians to Disneyland and is celebrated on the same weekend every year, but this year Disney chose to have Miley’s party on that weekend. The entire park is being closed for Miley’s sweet 16 celebration on October 5th even though her actual birthday is in November.  Do you think this was purposely planned by Disney or a coincidence?

Anne Hathaway is on the cover of October’s issue of W magazine. In the magazine, she discusses her feelings about her swindler ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri and that whole money scandal thing.

She said,

“It’s a situation where the rug was pulled out from under me all of a sudden.”

Anne went on to say,

“And [Get Smart co-star] Steve Carell stepped up for me during an interview when someone asked a question [about it]. He said, ‘At some point you’re going to have to talk about this time in your life. You don’t have to do it this week. I’ll take care of anything that comes your way.’ I’ve been shown such kindness. Not everyone gets that. A lot of people go through tough times alone.”

Anne didn’t only talk about the whole Raffey fiasco, but also about her Devil Wears Prada co-star Emily Blunt.

Anne said, “Emily Blunt kind of changed my approach to acting. She just fucking got on with it. She’d just jump off the diving board. I’d stop, look at the water and then jump. And suddenly, I just thought, ‘Why, her way looks so much more fun.’”

Hotel staff members confessed to the media that they watched Josh Hartnett getting “hot and heavy” with a mysterious woman he met at the upscale Soho Hotel in London.

Josh Hartnett and the lady were impatient for some physical and intimate actions.  They quietly slipped into the library at the hotel, with the door unlocked, and immediately closed the curtains to prevent attention.  Unfortunately, they forgot about the hidden security cameras, and their wild and X-rated moves were caught on tape and spied on by the hotel workers.  A free and live pornographic show performed exclusively for British employees performed by an American celebrity; what a rare and awkward chance!

After the event, a hotel representative asked Josh to keep his personal business private in the future; but he was not concerned about that at all.  Though Josh did not care about his privacy being exposed and recorded on cameras, what we as common people should learn from this example is, we should never do anything inappropriate in the open because we never know when we are being watched and who is watching.
