Last night Jessica Biel and her family’s Make The Difference Network (MTDN) hosted a very special holiday party to benefit Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.  The event was held at the ultra-swank Social in Hollywood.

Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Alfonso Ribiero, Shane Sparks, Tiffany Price, Albert Gore Jr., Michael Pena, Nick Swardson, David Koechner, Malinda Williams, Current TV’s Max & Jason, Candice Cane, Ken Davitian, tennis pro Vince Spadea and US Figure skaters Derrick Delmore & Evan Lysacek were some of the stars that came out to support the Biel’s MTDN and CHLA.

But the guest of honor was 13 year-old Tianna Li, who looked very elegant, we must say, as she came to represent all of the beautiful children of CHLA.

The highlight of the evening was the live auction… the surprise co-hosts might have had a little to do with that. The crowd went wild when Justin Timberlake and comedian Kevin James entered the stage. Their back and forth banter was hilarious. Auction items included:

- A day of adventure with actor and former Navy Seal Geoff Reeves, includes skydiving, shooting guns, and enjoying dinner with the American hero

- Body sculpting session with personal trainer to the stars Jason Walsh. The proof is in the pudding: he trains the Biel family–perhaps the best looking family in Hollywood–Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Kate Beckinsale, and many more celebrity hotties.

- Limited edition print of the photo “Devil Proof” by Andy Katz, which ended by going to a generous bidder in the room for $17,000.

- Justin’s special experience of playing 18 holes of golf with him and golf pro Butch Harmon (Tiger Woods’ coach) in Las Vegas; plus a signed set of Caloway clubs.  As you would guess, this started a bidding war on it’s own, but when he generously threw in dinner with him as well, you can imagine the excitement that brought on.  One excited party guest asked Kevin James if he would participate in the golf outing with Justin and when he said yes, thunderous applause from the crowd ensued and Justin and Kevin worked their magic getting the experience to bring in over $35,000 for charity.

- Jessica’s special auction package, which includes walking the red carpet with her at the premiere of her film “Easy Virtue,” watching the movie and attending the after party–all with a guest of your choosing.  The winner also gets a gorgeous MZ Wallace handbag to rock on the red carpet.  The highest bidder in the room was actually an old high school friend of Jessica’s.

By the end of the night, over $75,000 was raised for CHLA. The online auction hosted by MTDN and Auction Cause will remain online at ebay.com/mtdn until December 18th. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Childrens Hospital Los Angeles… SO GO BID!!!

The auction was followed by a special performance by multi-platinum recording artist Alex Band of The Calling singing his hit song “Wherever You Will Go” and his cover of U2’s “One.”

So You Think You Can Dance finalist Twitch lit up the stage with a special dance and told the crowd about his touching experience meeting the children at CHLA.  Jaws dropped at avant-garde troupe StiltWorld’s performance of “Tall Tango,” a sexy and mesmerizing number on stilts, which was accompanied by Flamenco Hip Hop guitarist Tio and DJ Zo.

When your girlfriend or boyfriend makes a “delicious” meal especially for you, and you happen to have a dog next to you— maybe it is a good idea to let the dog taste the food to avoid digesting the unpleasant food in your stomach, but not so fortunate for the dog.

According to a source, Jessica Biel was trying to make a romantic meal for her boyfriend Justin Timberlake, but her cooking apparently was unsuitable to Justin’s taste.  As always being a nice and understanding boyfriend, Justin did not want to upset Jessica and praised her that her cooking was excellent.  When Jessica left him to run some errands, Justin could no longer consume the food anymore, and Jessica’s Pit Bull Terrier Tina became a convenient target.  He gave the remaining food to Tina, and as soon as Tina ate it, she threw up immediately.

Some rumors say that Justin is planning to propose to Jessica, but maybe it is time for him to stop a moment to think about if he really wants to do that.  He needs to figure out if he has the courage to eat Jessica’s food without using the dog as a substitute.

Justin Timberlake’s hosting ability, especially his most recent for the 2008 ESPY Awards, has caught the eyes of the bosses of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.

A source from the Academy members told the National Enquirer, “They think Justin can reel in young viewers and make the show much more exciting.” Moreover the source also added, “Justin’s more than a singer-he’s a song-and-dance man…Justin does it all and he knows how to work a star-studded audience. Our first question was, Can we get him?”

The decision hasn’t been finalized yet, but according to the reports, Justin is very interested. However, if the pop singer decides not to take the job, the Academy has Tina Fey in mind as an alternative.

Whether or not the Sexy Back singer hosts the 2009 Oscars, he still will be seen using his MC skills hosting a charity concert to benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children on October 17 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

The show, billed as “Justin Timberlake and Friends,” will feature performances from some of the pop star’s “mega-recording artist friends,” according to a press release.

The same week, Timberlake will also host the Las Vegas PGA Tournament, which was renamed the ” Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.” He’ll also host a Celebrity Pro-Am Oct. 15 at TPC Summerlin, the home site of the golf tournament.

Reported months ago, Justin Timberlake is hosting the ESPY Awards July 20th.

The show which honors the years best and funniest moments in sports will take place at L.A.’s Nokia Theatre.

“I’ll do my best to deliver a great show, as I do not want to be roughed up backstage by these athletes who are bigger, faster and stronger than me,” Timberlake joked.

Here are some of the commercials that have been airing, featuring Justin Timberlake, as he prepares for the big night.

Pop star Justin Timberlake has confessed he suffers from a mix of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and attention deficit disorder. The confession came during an interview with collider.com to promote his latest film, “The Love Guru.”

In the article, the interviewer asked Timberlake if he has “the OCD where you have to fix everything” as Timberlake apparently lined up all the tape recorders placed in front of him. Timberlake then responded:

“I have OCD mixed with ADD, you living with that.”

David Beckham, Jessica Alba, and Justin’s ex Cameron Diaz have also admitted to suffering OCD.

Rumor has it that Justin Timberlake is going to propose to girlfriend, Jessica Biel, any day now.

“ Justin is 27 and thinking about marriage and kids….There are the rumors about a baby being on the way.”

“For the first time in his life he is feeling settled and has definitely decided to pop the question to Jessica,” a tattle gushed in a new report from the British Daily Mail.

“He is so happy with her. They spent quite a bit of time apart recently when Justin was working with Madonna. That made him certain Jessica was the person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.”

For the big day, Justin has already selected the West Indian island of Mustique as the ideal spot for the wedding. Since the island is owned by its resident’s, Justin and Jessica would be able to ban the paparazzi from crashing.

“….He feels his wedding is the one day that should remain private….To get all his close friends and family to Mustique will cost a fortune. But he can’t put a price on how he feels about Jessica.”

Justin Timberlake has signed on to produce a new reality show for MTV called The Phone.

Based on a Dutch series, MTV said their version is “reminiscent of films like ‘Bourne Identity‘ and ‘The Game.” The show’s premiss is about MTV hiding two cell phones at opposite ends of a major U.S. metropolis. The phones will ring at exactly the same time, and whoever picks up will be given five seconds to agree to the terms of the game and then be sent on a series of city-traversing missions guided by a mysterious voice and followed by a helicopter.

“We’re turning the reality competition format on its head and plunging the contestants into a real life ‘Bourne Identity’ - not just in the tone and creative, but also in terms of the visual style and pacing,” said Tony Disanto, executive Vice President of programming and series development for MTV said. “Each week will be an action packed mini-movie. When you watch, your heart will pound as hard as the contestants. This is popcorn TV!”

“The Phone” is scheduled to premiere fall 2008.

Madonna, who’s album Hard Candy dropped Tuesday, performed a six-song set at NYC’s Roseland Ballroom for free last night! The line I bet was ridiculous. People apparently waited 60 hours to see this music icon perform.

The performance was said to be something that would have better been suited for Madison Square Garden, with an expensive rotating five platinum stage with a four-piece band and no fat.

During her set Madonna told the audience at one point ,”All you people I saw sleeping in the street last night, this song is for you.” The crowd cheered at the first few notes of “4 Minutes,” which mimicked its video with a flashing countdown clock. After Madonna belted out the song’s first verse, Justin Timberlake emerged from a rotating pylon, wearing a white jacket and black scarf.

It looks like even Hollywood exes can put hard feelings aside. In light of her father’s sudden death, Cameron Diaz received some unanticipated support from two people you wouldn’t expect. Justin Timberlake and John Mayer both attended a memorial service for her late father Sunday held by her family.

Emilio Diaz, 58, died of pneumonia Tuesday morning. On Wednesday, Cameron, 35, thanked everyone for their condolences in a message that read: “His humor and spirit will always live on in our hearts.” And in keeping with that vivacious Diaz family spirit, guests arrived at the memorial service at Mahe in Seal Beach in non-traditional attire. “Most people started arriving at 1:30 and hardly no one wore black,” says a source.”Lots of people were wearing Hawaiian shirts. It looked more like a party.”

Timberlake and Mayer arrived separately and stayed until most people started leaving around 4 p.m., right after Cameron had spoken a few words to the group. I hope their presence made her feel a little better during this mournful time…feel better soon, Cameron!
