Mary-Kate has been looking a lot rounder recently. It is good she has put on weight, because she previously suffered from anorexia, but a lot of people think she could actually be attempting to hide her pregnancy.

An inside source has revealed that Mary-Kate and her boyfriend Nate Lowman are expecting their first child.  Much like Nicole Richie, the poor girl has been so stick-thin that she ruined it for herself–she gains a few pounds, starts to look healthy, then BAM!  She’s rumored to be pregnant.  The thing is, I wouldn’t be surprised if it were true, which is often the case with celeb pregnancy rumors… again, just like Nicole Richie!

Mary-Kate Olsen is off the hook. She apparently gave the Feds enough info about Heath Ledger’s death to get them off her back.

Federal prosecutors have decided not to pursue a criminal case regarding Heath Ledger’s acquisition of prescription painkillers and sleeping pills, according to the AP:

“Prosecutors in the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan had been overseeing a Drug Enforcement Administration probe into whether the painkillers found in Ledger’s system were obtained illegally. But the prosecutors have bowed out “because they don’t believe there’s a viable target,” said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because no charges have been filed.”

TMZ claims that the DEA kept Heath’s investigation open for as long as they did because they wanted to be in the spotlight a little more. They reportedly interviewed a guy that Heath smoked a joint with back in the 90’s and wanted him to testify in front of the grand jury. Ridiculous.

Thank God they finally closed the case, I’m sick of hearing about it and seeing Mary-Kate’s face everywhere. Leave the damn girl alone. Let her and her troll sister go back in hiding.

“The federal Drug Enforcement Administration office in New York has confirmed that they have issued a subpoena that would force Mary-Kate Olsen to testify in front of a grand jury.”

Mary-Kate Olsen has been refusing to talk to federal investigators about Heath Ledger’s death until she is granted immunity from prosecution, the New York Post reported Monday.

“Though Olsen’s attorney has rejected multiple requests from federal officials to talk to the actress, she could face a grand-jury subpoena to testify, according to the Post.

“Unlike inquiry into Ledger’s death by the New York Police Department, which was completed with Olsen’s cooperation, federal investigators are seeking information from the actress about where he got his drugs and medicines.”

In a statement issued Monday, Olsen’s lawyers said that the actress had nothing to do with the drugs that killed Heath Ledger and she has already cooperated with police in the investigation.

Access Hollywood broke the news about the subpoena last night but did not give a time line as to when Olsen might be called to testify.

At the time of Heath Ledger’s death, five types of medications were found in his body according to the DEA. Three were obtained through doctors in Texas and Los Angeles and two, Oxycontin and Vicodin, he had acquired somehow without legal prescriptions.

Mary-Kate was the first person Heath’s masseuse contacted after she discovered Heath’s lifeless body on January 22 in his New York apartment.

A lawyer not associated with the case, high-profile defense attorney Benjamin Brafman (who has defended P. Diddy and Michael Jackson in the past), told “Access Hollywood” that seeking immunity is not the same as admitting guilt. “It may not mean anything other than she’s getting good legal advice,” Brafman told the show. “You don’t know what the DEA may suspect in this case, and I think it’s a cautious way to proceed. I think it would be wrong to assume she’s done something criminal simply because she’s invoking her Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination.”

I don’t quite understand why Mary-Kate isn’t talking;she is making herself look more suspicious. I mean one of her really good friends is dead; unless she had something to do with it, I would think she would give up all the info she knows. That stupid troll. It is about time she gets subpoenaed.

Last Thursday Mary-Kate Olsen stopped by David Letterman to talk about her new movie Wackness. In the interview Mary-Kate announced the Spencer Pratt (The Hills), whom she went to high school with, has a bad temper.

Mary-Kate: He does not have a good temper. He walked out of a few games. He would walk off the field. He was like, ‘Me or the coach!’
Dave: Were you friends with the guy at the time?
Mary-Kate: No.
Dave: Because I’m surprised about the soccer. Because looking at the guy, he looks like a guy that has never broken a sweat, I would guess.
Mary-Kate: Oh, my God — that brings up stories! I don’t know if I should talk about it.
Dave: No, c’mon, let’s hear one. Let’s go.
Mary-Kate: [laughs] The Wackness is a great film.
Dave: What I don’t understand is how does a kid that age, and he’s only in his 20s or maybe even your age, how does a kid like that get to be so oily?
Mary-Kate: It’s a mystery to me.

The next day Pratt, heated that she mentioned his name, responded in saying,

“I don’t really get why she’d use my name to get press for her little indie film that no one’s going to see,” he told Usmagazine.com Friday.

“She should probably focus more on not getting dressed in the dark than on me.”

“I know I’ve made it in Hollywood when a famous troll is talking about me on Letterman. I forgive her, though. She’s had to go through life as the less cute twin, which must be tough.”

Someone is a little bitter. All she said was he had a bad temper. The way Dave was setting her up, she could have spilled her guts as to how fake and obnoxious he is.

Digging back into Details achieve, “wormy” and “oily” Pratt admitted that in a 2007 interview with that mag that he “made $50,000 in high school by selling a photo he took of Mary-Kate drinking at a party.”

So who needs whom to make them famous? Mary-Kate scored him $50K. I would be thanking her not bashing her.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are turning 22 on Friday and PETA wants your help in giving them the perfect birthday gift, YOUR HAIR!

On PETA’s website which is devoted to hating on the Olsen twins, it says:

“Mary-Kate and Ashley are old enough now to know that fur doesn’t grow on trees. We hope that on their birthday, they will take a moment to think about the many animals who won’t live to see another birthday thanks to the twins’ abominable taste in clothes.”

“The twins are still sporting as much fur as ever. Since they seem to be in such dire need of extra hair on their bodies, let’s give them some of ours—and send a strong message while we’re at it….Save that hair in a bag and mail it to the twins with a note that says, “Please, use my hair instead of the animals’. Happy Birthday.”

“No, But it’s nobody’s business if I am or I’m not. I mean, if you want to have a discussion about fame and what does it really mean to be famous these days, what’s celebrity anymore, what’s media? That’s different.”

About being a celebrity:

“It’s weird to be called a celebrity or talk about it. I don’t talk about being a celebrity in my business meetings. I don’t talk about it with my friends. It’s not a part of my life. It’s a media perception of who I am. It’s very weird. I mean, if I see a paparazzi shot of me walking that’s in a magazine or something at some event, it’s as if I see it from an outsider’s point of view. There’s like a character, almost, and then there’s me.”

Mary-Kate Olsen is being named the worst dressed actress to appear at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala in New York on Monday, May 5th.

Apparently Mary-Kate didn’t get the memo that the fashion Gala was not an actual costume party. Many other A-list celebrities dressed to perfection attended the event.

The Gala was held in honor of the museums new exhibit Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy. The exhibit will be at the Metropolitan Museum of Costume Art Institute from May 7th to September 1st.

Which I don’t quite understand either. Who has all their guests wear black to their wedding. Isn’t it more like a funeral then?
