Lindsay Lohan has contacted her lawyer to arrange for a restraining order against her father, Michael Lohan.  Lindsay has been quoted saying that her father, “needs to be on medication,” and a source close to her said that she is so scared of him that she is,

taking out an order of protection.  He’s behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her.  She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.  Ali already has an order of protection against him, as does [mom] Dina.  No one is speaking with him until he gets help.

Will Lindsay’s father stop at nothing for fame and fortune?  He needs to move on and cut his losses.  It’s obvious that she doesn’t want anything to do with him.  What do you think?

Michael Lohan has issued a statement in response to both Lindsay and Sam’s Myspace blogs saying,

Who’s out of control?  Whose life is out of control?  Give me a break.  Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins…She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie.  Who’s out of control?  I go to church.  I go and help people in rehab.  That’s control.  How can you say I’m out of control?

I want Lindsay to be in a good place.  When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay….Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life.  That’s what Dina told me.  I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy.

Dina’s a two face.  She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay’s good side instead of being a good parent.  I don’t give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend.  One day she’s going to turn around to me and tell me, ‘Daddy, you were right.’”

Wow, Lindsay going from $7 million a movie to $1 million a movie has nothing to do with Sam Ronson…It’s because she can’t act.  However, the drop in her value may be the reason behind Dina getting Ali involved in the business…Afterall, someone has to pay the bills.

Michael Lohan has been given a one-hour tv special by some unspecified network where he’ll ‘expose’ his ex-wife Dina, who he claims is the one who told him that Lindsay’s girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, is writing a tell-all book.

TVGuide has the exclusive:

“I have it all on tape — all recorded, time and date-stamped,” he said. “You will hear it all. I have 101 text messages between Lindsay and I, and I have about 60 tape recordings of Dina.”
Because of contractual agreements, Lohan cannot specify the name of the special or on what network it will air, but insisted it is “definitely” happening.

“It might be broken up into parts, but it’s going to be done,” he said. “These lies have to stop. She can’t say all these things to me and when I try to address it, deny everything. Dina’s a hypocrite and I’m tired of it.”

“I’ve never taken or earned one penny from my daughter. Meanwhile, all the people around her, including her mother, are earning money off of her,” he said. “They want publicity. They’re there for self-serving reasons. I didn’t have my own reality TV show.”

It seems that Michael has a huge obsession with trashing his ex-wife’s morals and motherly antics. Not only is he doing a one-hour special telling the public how much he hates Dina but recently in Ok! magazine when asked how he was dealing with his father’s recent death he said:

“My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified Dina’s attorney. Let’s see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral.

THIS will show her true colors! Thus, not even a call. But that’s par for the course with Dina! She didn’t even send a card or visit when he was sick.”

Dina may be making money off of her two daughters, but the stupid hypocrite is trying to make money off of Dina.  Please tell me the difference in both of their childish behaviors.

So the latest question about Miss Lindsay Lohan is not how much longer till she returns to rehab (though chances are high considering she’s already been there three times), but whether or not she and Samantha Ronson are a couple. Click here for more juicy gossip! Though her mother and publicist have repeatedly lied denied the rumors, Lohan’s dad, Michael, is all over it.

In a recent edition of Us Weekly, he sold out supported his daughter, stating that Lohan “is a big girl and she can make her own life choices.” Furthermore, Michael said that “anyone with half a brain” can see that his daughter’s romance is the real thing.

If you put them together, the couple has one fully functional–okay semi-functional–brain. I don’t know, maybe there is some truth to the fame-whoring father’s comments.

Outside of her dad’s comments, recent behavior has led many to believe that Lindsay is a fellow female lover. Ronson moved in with Lohan after her latest return from rehab and Lohan has been sporting a ring with the initials “SR”—a sign of devotion to Ms. Ronson?

So is all this just another one of Lindsay’s crazy shenanigans or is Lohan actually a lesbian?

Soooooo, you want a comment on the first episode of Living Lohan?

Well, let’s see… If I were to look at things from a wordly perspective, I would probably have a lot to say about exploitation, hypocrisy and even deception — and maybe at a later date, I might just do so.

For now, let’s just say I’m still trying to figure out if this show is about managing Ali’s career and being a “real” mother, or reading tabloids.

I’ve had a sneak peek at some future episodes and I will say that some of the people Dina surrounds the kids with still concerns me — again, I can address that when they appear on the show. I just hope Dina takes the high road — like a Lohan would — and rights these wrongs.

If this show is about the being a mother and a manager, the most important thing is to set a good example by instilling positive values, and doing what’s right for the kid’s sake. Not for our own!

I wish Ali, Cody and Dina the best on the show and pray that they get what they want out of it.
