Celebrity pop star and model Mischa Barton was arrested back in December 2007 on none other than a DUI charge. It is reported that she is accepting a plea deal. What normally happens in these cases is she will be expected to serve probation for three years, unsupervised. Then in addition she will receive a sentence, which includes a three-month alcohol abuse education class, and the charge of marijuana possession against the star will be dropped. A charge of driving without a license will be lowered to an infraction.When contacted by People, a spokesperson for the LA District Attorney would not comment on the matter.On Jan. 10, The former O.C. star Barton told Ryan Seacrest’s L.A. radio show: “Obviously I’m 100 percent responsible for my actions in this case. I’m really disappointed in myself. I don’t know what to say about it, except that I’m not perfect, and I just don’t ever intend to do something this stupid again.” Barton was arrested on December 26, 2007.

“O.C.” wanna been Mischa Barton has decided to take a plea bargain in her DUI case — clever girl that one.

A source tells TMZ that at her court date on Thursday she’ll plead no contest to the DUI charge. In exchange, the marijuana charge will be dropped and the driving without a license rap will be reduced to an infraction.

Greasy’s ex-GF will then have to serve three years of unsupervised probation, attend an alcohol education class and pay a fine.

A source tells us this is “fairly standard” for a first-time offender like Miss Mischa, who was arrested last December, adding that she’s “learned her lesson.

OC’s star Mischa Barton was arrested yesterday for driving under the influence, driving with an unvalid drivers license, and with the possession of narcotics.

Sheriff’s deputies stopped Barton’s vehicle after they saw it straddling two lanes of traffic and after it made a turn without signaling.

She was booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department — and we are told she is still in custody and being held on $10,000 bail.

And today, Risky Business star, Rebecca De Mornay was charged with 2 counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence, from her arrest on October 30.

When Rebecca was pulled over, the police say the immediately smelled “an odor of alcoholic beverages.” Rebecca performed and failed several sobriety tests. Evidently, her blood alcohol level was just over the legal limit.

She will be arraigned on Monday and could face jail time in addition to probation and fines.

 Mischa Barton got her big break as Marissa Cooper on the hit show ‘The OC.’ Unfortunatly, when her character died, the show went along with her. Now she is ready to branch out of the tv business and go back into making movies.

Film star Hilary Duff, 20, was ranked #7 with $12 million, Avril Lavigne, 23, made the list with earnings of $12 million at #8, Keira Knightley, 22, was ranked #10 with $9 million, Carrie Underwood, 24, with $7 million at #11, Scarlett Johansson,23, was ranked #12 with $5 million, Mischa Barton, 21, was ranked #13 with $4.5 million.

The youngest star on the list, Dakota Fanning, 14, was ranked #14 earning $4 million, the rest of the Harry Potter crew, Emma Watcon, 17, and Rupert Grint, 19, ranked #15 and #16 both earning $4 million each, including $3 million from major films while Hannah Montana star Mile Cyrus, 15, was ranked #17 having made $3.5 million largely from the sale of her album, Lindsey Lohan, 21, was ranked #18 with #3.5 million, and Mandy Moore, 23, was ranked #29 with $3.5 million.
